Welcome to our clinic!
Your physiotherapist does a detailed assessment asking questions about how you were injured, what demands are on your body, your goals and ergonomic issues. We then use that information to do a physical assessment to then determine a diagnosis. This takes about 30-45 minutes. The last 15 minutes of your first visit will be a treatment session.
We form a personalized, collaborative treatment program from our findings.
Our Physiotherapists believe strongly in the evidence that exercise will provide the long-term results with your therapy, and one of our core values is to work in partnership with our patients.
Other treatments that may be provided are: manual therapy, acupuncture, education, taping, spinal decompression (traction), Shockwave and ultrasound.
