He recently graduated from Humber College's Massage Therapy program with Honours and hundreds of hours of experience through their various internship opportunities.
He worked on:

A former semi-professional soccer player, as well as success in cross-country and track & field, Myles has always been an athlete centered around getting the most out of his body and uses an athletic approach to treat his clients, with a focus on range of motion and remedial exercise in order to his clients achieve their goals efficiently and safely.
Myles also has over five years of experience working as a certified personal trainer, with an extensive knowledge of anatomy, body kinetics, and exercise that he puts to use to keep his clients in peak physical and mental health, no matter their age or level of experience. This allows him to select the right exercises for you to get back to full mobility and assist in the rehabilitative process.

Watching my Dad struggle through total knee replacement rehabilitation was the catalyst for my interest in this industry.
I love to help and be of service to others, and I’m passionate about the healing and strengthening potential of massage therapy.
I believe it’s important to listen with empathy and convey to patients that their pain is real, and that there is something we can do about it.
Stress and anxiety are held in the body, and massage offers much more than a little bit of relief; it’s about healing, and empowering a person to understand what their muscles need in their everyday lives.
Whether you’re looking for firm pressure to ease sore muscles, or to address a specific issue,
I take a therapeutic approach to my treatments. This begins with a thorough assessment to ensure you receive the optimum treatment, and ongoing care to maximize your comfort and
understanding during massage.

Massage therapy is an effective modality to help manage pain and relieve stress. Our RMTs will assess your individual needs and develop an effective treatment plan.
Whether you have a chronic condition or have suffered an injury, massage helps to reduce pain and promotes healing of soft tissue.
Our quality starts with the therapists, who are carefully chosen for their superior massage skills and client focus.
Therapeutic Massage improves circulation by bringing oxygen and other nutrients to body tissues. It relieves muscle tension and pain, increases muscle flexibility and mobility, and helps clear lactic acid and other waste, which reduces pain and stiffness in muscles and joints. It promotes general wellbeing while boosting the circulatory and immune systems to benefit blood pressure, circulation, muscle tone and digestion. The basic goal of massage therapy is to help the body heal itself and to increase health and relaxation.
All of our Massage Therapists are Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
